1. The service
BUMP PUMP is a digital fitness program (workouts, nutrition guidance and progress tools) accessed through your personal account. Purchases are one-time payments that unlock digital content permanently for your account.
2. Health disclaimer
This program is general fitness information, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting this or any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured or have a medical condition. Stop immediately if you feel pain. You train at your own risk.
3. Purchases & EU withdrawal right
Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. As digital content is delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day EU right of withdrawal lapses once content is unlocked. However, if you are unhappy, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
4. Your account
One account per person; keep your credentials private. Content is for personal, non-commercial use and may not be redistributed.
5. Results
Results vary with consistency, nutrition, sleep and individual factors. We promise a well-built program, not a specific outcome.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
